Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. €7 buys Miso and every version 1 update. If there's ever a big version 2, you'll decide whether it's worth upgrading; version 1 keeps working either way.
How do I get the app after paying?
Straight away. After checkout you land on a page with a link to your purchases, where the download and your licence key are waiting. Polar emails you the link with your receipt, so you can always find it again.
Why does my receipt say Speaka?
Speaka is the name of our shop on Polar, which handles the checkout as the merchant of record. Miso and Speaka are both made by NEXT DATA CONSULTING.
Is there a free trial?
No. It's €7 and it's yours. Check the requirements first: macOS 14 or later, on Apple silicon or Intel.
Can I get a refund?
If the app doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it, or you were charged by mistake, yes. We don't refund change-of-mind purchases, apart from the rights the law gives you, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK. The details are in our refund terms.
Does the price include VAT?
In the EU and UK, yes. Elsewhere, any local sales tax is added at checkout. Polar works out the right tax for your country and sends a proper invoice.
I got a new Mac. Do I need to buy it again?
No. A licence covers all of your own Macs, now and later. Download it again from your purchases on the new one.
